We are looking for all kinds of quilts: big, small, wall hangings, quilted art. You name it, we want to showcase for Tulsa what quilting is all about! If you have botanical-themed items, even better! But all quilts are welcome.

This is a non-judged quilt show and is free to attend and enter. We will have a People’s Choice award. There will also be vendors to purchase items too.

VENDORS

If you’d like to be a vendor, please fill out the form below. We’ll follow up to let you know if we still have room. Vendor Submission Form

Community Projects and Outreach

Common Thread club at Tulsa School of Arts and Sciences (TSAS)

TSAS's Common Thread was founded in 2007 as a forum for TSAS students to teach one another knitting, crocheting, sewing, and quilting. Members and crafts fluctuated yearly, but maintained a pattern of older students teaching younger students. The pandemic "broke the thread" for a time: post-pandemic attendance was low, and the older students who would typically teach the younger ones had graduated before passing on their knowledge. They are now rebuilding with a fully new group of younger students.

They will take donations of fabric, batting, and machine thread, as well as, yarn and knitting/crochet supplies (no looms, please).

If you would like to donate any of the items requested above, please email TulsaModernQuilts@gmail.com to schedule.
